Celebrities Using Hypnotherapy

Birds of a Feather, Linda Robson is currently spending her next couple of weeks on "I'm Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here." She has insisted that she won't be worried about dealing with bugs and other animals whilst on the show.

The star revealed that she's had hypnotherapy to cure her phobias of beetles, insects and rats. She exclaimed to The Sun:“I’m not in the least bit bothered about bugs and creepy-crawlies — but I used to be petrified of rats. Thankfully, I've been hypnotized, so I’ll be fine in there."

Virtual Gastric Band Volunteer needed .....

I'm running a Virtual Gastric Band training course this weekend at The Village Hotel in Hull and am able to offer a willing volunteer a free session during a practical demonstration.
