Lorry Driver Undertakes My Virtural Gastric Band

Peter Smith, 42, is a lorry driver who realised it was time to lose weight when he was 21st 1lb earlier this year. After trying various diets and not succeeding, Peter was determined to find a way to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Peter was then introduced to me after he had heard about my Virtual Gastric Band on the radio, and after four sessions he had noticed a massive change. Peter had gone from his 21st 1lb to 12st 4lb!
"It has definitely changed my life. I haven't felt this good for as long as I can remember." Peter told Hull Daily Mail.
Peter is still doing regular exercise, enjoying his meals and living a healthier lifestyle. "I feel so much better and happier and I am extremely thankful to Sheila."

Snooze Buddy Travels Across Seas.

Recently I gave my Snooze Buddy product to members of the P&O Ferries, to see if it'll help them with their sleeping problems. The quote below describes how y product was effective and really helped the members of staff finally get some sleep.

Snooze Buddy:
“We took Snooze Buddy on a trial basis for some of our staff. We focused on those people who work abnormal shifts or those whose living quarters are adjacent to some of the slightly noisier parts of our ships. The feedback was fantastic with the vast majority of people saying that they slept more soundly and for longer periods than would normally be the case. I tried the product myself and found myself drifting off to sleep within minutes. It is a very clever design and when you put it on it is barely noticeable. Sheila Granger’s hypnotic approach is unique, safe and very effective. I can recommend Snooze Buddy for anyone who has trouble sleeping.”
Clive Gossop, Head of Operations North Sea & Irish Sea at P&O Ferries

If you have problems with your sleeping, why not try my Snooze Buddy?

'I was so addicted to Facebook I saw a hypnotherapist'

I've recently come across an article about how people have used hypnotherapy to cure social networking addictions. 22 year old Natalie, from Australia explains how she had to see a hypnotherapist due to her over use of Facebook to stalk her ex-boyfriend.

Natalie admits that she would spend up to eight hours a day on Facebook looking through his photos; and searching his female friends who he talked to: "I'd stalk her page to find out everything I could about her."

Natalie found herself getting out of touch from the real world; she would stop talking to her family and friends, and miss work. Eventually she visited a hypnotherapist who helped her stop her obsession and get her life back.

Did you know: Facebook has more than 500 million users, 50% of all users log onto the social networking site per day. Also an average user spends roughly 700 minutes (11 hours and 40 minutes.) on Facebook per month!

Just something for you to think about :)

Birds of a Feather, Linda Robson is currently spending her next couple of weeks on "I'm Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here." She has insisted that she won't be worried about dealing with bugs and other animals whilst on the show.

The star revealed that she's had hypnotherapy to cure her phobias of beetles, insects and rats. She exclaimed to The Sun:“I’m not in the least bit bothered about bugs and creepy-crawlies — but I used to be petrified of rats. Thankfully, I've been hypnotized, so I’ll be fine in there."
